Product Documentation

Pente provides detailed technical documentation and tutorials for the Pente HyperCore platform for IoT/Enterprise Mobility Connectivity Control and API driven mobile core. Our knowledge base can be accessed directly within the HyperCore platform.

Once you have access to our platform, you can access this knowledge base where you will find information about user interfaces, configuration options, integrations, hardware, implementation, operation and support.

Support

Pente uses an online support ticketing system. Our help desk platform provides an intuitive interface for managing support tickets, ensuring your needs are addressed quickly and effectively.

Our ticketing system is accessed through your HyperCore platform account. If you need help with access to the portal, please email us at support@pentenetworks.com
